HU—The Sound of Life

You are warmly invited to experience HU, the Sound of Soul. HU is an ancient and sacred name for the Creator that people of any faith or spiritual background can sing. This simple spiritual exercise can help quiet the mind, bring greater peace, and open the heart to the uplifting presence of Divine Love.

The program will include an inspirational reading followed by twenty minutes of singing HU, accompanied by a recording of thousands of voices. We will then spend a few moments in quiet contemplation. Afterward, everyone is welcome to share their thoughts, feelings, or experiences.
