We’ll begin with a brief inspirational reading, followed by approximately 20 minutes of chanting HU. As the sound gently fades, we’ll sit together in quiet contemplation for a minute or two, allowing time for personal reflection and inner experience. Afterward, you’re invited to stay for relaxed conversation and fellowship. Share your experiences, ask questions, or simply listen. Everyone is welcome.
