You’re warmly invited to a heart-opening ECK Light and Sound Service, a celebration of God’s love for Soul. Our May theme, “Finding the Strength to Meet Life,” invites you to explore how your attitudes can shape your spiritual journey and everyday life.

Eckankar teaches that Divine Spirit communicates through the Light and Sound of God—personal, uplifting experiences that connect us with the Divine.

During this enriching hour, you’ll enjoy: uplifting talks, open circle discussions, and two guided contemplations featuring HU, a sacred, ancient mantra that opens the heart and deepens spiritual connection.

This gathering is open to all spiritual seekers, regardless of background or belief. Afterward, stay for light refreshments and meaningful conversation with like-minded people.
