Eckankar teaches that each of us is an eternal, multidimensional spiritual being — Soul. With the Spiritual Exercises of ECK, you can awaken your natural spiritual awareness and begin to experience more wisdom, love and spiritual freedom in your life.
What happens at an ECK Light and Sound Service?
Speakers will share insights on tuning in to the rhythm of life and how to live in harmony with it. There will be a musical presentation, and a video excerpt from a talk by Harold Klemp, the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master. To allow a deep exploration of this theme, there will be two spiritual contemplations using HU, an ancient, sacred mantra anyone can use to open doorways to higher understanding. The service lasts just a little over an hour.
People of any background or belief are welcome.
