How To Live Life Gracefully

Join us for an in-person ECK Light and Sound Service at the Hampton Inn in Coconut Grove on Sunday, March 16, at noon.

This month’s theme is “How To Live Life Gracefully”, celebrating God’s love for all Souls. During the service, you’ll have the opportunity to experience HU—an ancient mantra and spiritual exercise that brings peace, insight, and love. It helps you connect to the God-Knowledge within yourself. The event will feature a guest speaker, uplifting music, and, occasionally, small group discussions.

Each service lasts about an hour and is designed to help your connection with the creative spiritual life force, the Light and Sound of God. People of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome.
