Align Yourself with a Higher Awareness through HU, the Sound of Soul!

Experience HU— Sacred Sound, Ancient Mantra 

HU is a carrier of love between you and the Divine. HU is the Sound of Soul, the true self of each individual. Anyone can sing or chant HU, regardless of their spiritual beliefs.

Log in or dial in on Thursday, September 24, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time to experience this online contemplation from the comfort of your home.

During this Sound of Soul event, there will be a brief inspirational reading, followed by 20 minutes of chanting HU, or simply listening, accompanied by a recording of hundreds of voices. Everyone will be muted, allowing you to chant or sing as loudly or softly as you wish in the privacy of your home.

When the HU fades, there will be three to five minutes of silent contemplation. This will be followed by informal, open sharing of HU experiences and questions. You are also welcome to simply listen.
