HU is a carrier of love between you and the Divine. HU is the Sound of Soul, the true self of each individual. Anyone can sing or chant HU, no matter what their spiritual beliefs.

In this Sound of Soul event, there will be a brief inspirational reading, then 20 minutes of chanting HU (or listening) accompanied by a recording of many hundreds of voices. (Everyone who logs in will be muted so you can chant or sing as loud, softly, or however you wish in privacy.) When the HU fades out, there will be 3-5 minutes of silent contemplation. This is followed by informal open sharing of the HU experience, questions, or quiet listening.
