Join us and experience the ancient mantra and sacred sound of HU, which can be used by anyone for personal spiritual upliftment and expanded awareness.

We will do this contemplation using a recording of hundreds of people singing HU. You can follow along and gently look and listen within as the sound of the recorded HU rolls through you. Relax with the Sound and your experience will be unique to you.

We will start with an inspirational reading. Then you can sing/chant along with the 20-minute recording of hundreds of people singing and chanting HU. Or you can just relax and listen.

As the HU fades down, there will be a minute or two of quiet contemplation. Then, conversation follows. You may ask questions, share your experiences from the HU, or remain silent.

It is a simple technique that can be used as a daily spiritual practice. Over time, with regular use, it has the effect of gentle healing of the heart, an expansion of awareness, enhanced insights, and a feeling of inner peace, calm, and harmony.
