What is HU?

Chanting the word HU is a spiritual exercise that people of any background or belief can use. HU, an ancient, sacred name for the Creator, can help bring peace, calm, and an expansion of awareness.

We will read an inspirational passage, then chant the word HU for twenty minutes accompanied by the sound of several thousand voices singing this beautiful mantra. As the sound fades, there will be a few minutes for quiet contemplation. Afterward, everyone is welcome to share their insights, feelings, and experiences. This simple spiritual exercise has helped people all around the world open their hearts to the uplifting presence of Divine Love.
