Join us for a contemplative exercise and experience chanting the sacred sound of HU—an ancient mantra and love song to the Creator of Life.

We’ll begin with an inspirational reading, followed by about 15 minutes of chanting or singing HU. As the sound gently fades, we’ll sit in quiet contemplation for a minute or two—giving space for personal reflection. Afterward, stay for relaxed conversation and fellowship. Share your experiences, ask questions, or simply listen. All are welcome!
