This spiritual exercise can open the doors to higher states of consciousness and spiritual freedom.

We will start with an inspirational reading. Then you can sing/chant along with a 20-minute recording of hundreds of people singing and chanting HU. For sound quality, all attendees will be muted, and you can freely enjoy chanting as loud as you like at whatever pitch feels best. Or you can just relax and listen.

As the HU fades down, there will be a minute or two of quiet contemplation. Then, conversation follows. You may ask questions, share your experiences from the HU, or remain silent.
