Being Aware of God’s Love: Accepting More Light and Sound into Our Being.

Join us for a spiritual exercise and experience the sacred sound of HU. This month’s Sond of Soul event theme is Being Aware of God’s Love: Accepting More Light and Sound into Our Being.

We’ll begin with an inspirational reading, followed by about 15 minutes of chanting or singing HU, a love song to God, or Holy Spirit, or “The Divine Source of all Life”.

As the sound gently fades, we’ll sit in quiet contemplation for a minute or two—giving space for personal reflection. Afterward, stay for relaxed conversation and fellowship.
