Singing or chanting HU is such a simple yet powerful way to open your heart to God’s love. This simple spiritual exercise can open the doors to higher states of consciousness and spiritual freedom.

Experience HU, the Sound of Soul. We will start with an inspirational reading. Then you can sing/chant together the sound of HU.

As the HU fades down, there will be a minute or two of quiet contemplation.

This will be followed by a lively discussion of spiritual experiences. You may ask questions, share your experiences from the HU, or simply listen. After the event, you are invited to engage in conversation and light snacks.
